1. Is the product suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our formulations have been carefully balanced to minimize the risk of irritation, making them suitable even for sensitive skin.
Focus on the Barrier: The strategic inclusion of active ingredients such as the Ceramide, Phytosphingosine and Cholesterol complex, Lactosome Exosomes, and Plant-Based Squalane aims to repair and strengthen the skin barrier. A healthy barrier is the primary defense against sensitivity and reactions.
Gentle Alternatives: We opted for highly tolerable alternatives, such as Bakuchiol, which offers similar benefits to Retinol but with a superior safety profile, minimizing redness and flaking.
Soothing Agents: Glycerin and Lanolin (in the richest formulas) ensure emollient, film-forming and soothing properties, offering relief in cases of dryness, eczema or psoriasis.
Unique Formula: To maximize skin benefits, we prefer using essential oils rather than synthetic fragrances, taking advantage of their beneficial properties (toning, soothing, antiseptic). However, it's important to know that essential oils (such as Bergamot and Ylang Ylang), as well as Lanolin (although rare), can potentially be allergenic for people with specific allergies.
Note: If you have a known hypersensitivity or specific allergies, always consult the full ingredient list. We strongly recommend a patch test before first use.
2. From what age can your products be used?
Our products are formulated to treat specific skin needs and blemishes; they are not tied to a specific age. They are suitable for all ages for prevention, maintenance, or improvement of the skin's current condition.
Prevention and Maintenance (20+): Formulas with powerful antioxidants (Vitamin C, Resveratrol) and barrier actives (Ceramides, Bakuchiol) are excellent for preventing premature aging, defending against environmental stress and keeping the skin hydrated and elastic.
Targeted Treatment (Any Age): Products for blemishes (Tranexamic Acid) or specific problems (e.g. inflammation/dryness) can be used as soon as the blemishes appear, even at a young or advanced age.
Visible Improvement (30+): Peptide complexes (e.g. Anti-Age, Volumizing) and Plant Collagen are aimed at counteracting wrinkles, loss of volume and elasticity, with clinically proven results.
3. Are the products comedogenic?
No. Our formulations are designed to be highly skin-friendly and non-comedogenic, even suitable for oily and blemish-prone skin.
The "Milky Serum" Line: To maximize the effectiveness and penetration of lipophilic active ingredients, we have incorporated a low percentage of lipids. We have chosen:
Light Esters (derived from the coconut fraction): Extremely light, non-occluding and rapidly absorbed.
Jojoba Oil and Vegetable Squalane: Both known for their chemical composition similar to human sebum (skin-friendly) and for being universally recognized as non-comedogenic.
Dermoaffine Lanolin: Although it is a dense wax, it is used in minimal and highly diluted quantities to exploit its repairing, emollient, and skin-friendly properties without being heavy or clogging pores. Serums containing it are rapidly absorbed.
Benefits for Oily Skin: Despite the presence of lipids, the formula is not at all greasy. Oily skin benefits from these light oils (Jojoba, Squalane) because they help maintain healthy skin and regulate sebum production, an action further supported by Nicotinamide.
4. When will I start seeing results?
The effectiveness of our active ingredients allows you to observe improvements at different times, with both rapid and long-term benefits:
Immediate Results (1-7 Days): You'll immediately notice an improvement in skin hydration and smoothness thanks to ingredients like Squalane, Hyaluronic Acid, and emollient complexes. 6. Do you use silicones, parabens, paraffins?
Absolutely not.
Our formulations are strictly free from:
Parabens: We do not use preservatives of this class.

8. Why do you use Bakuchiol instead of Retinol?
Bakuchiol is our top choice as a plant-based alternative to Retinol for three key reasons, all scientifically supported:
Same Anti-Aging Effectiveness: Studies have shown that Bakuchiol stimulates collagen synthesis and reduces wrinkles with an effectiveness comparable to that of Retinol.
High Tolerance: Unlike retinol, bakuchiol is extremely well tolerated by the skin. It rarely causes redness, dryness, or flaking, making it ideal for sensitive skin.
Total Safety: It is stable to light and heat and, unlike some retinoids, can be used safely even during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

9. Are your products cruelty-free and natural?
Yes, our products are cruelty-free, and most of our formulations are based on naturally and biotechnologically derived ingredients.
Cruelty-Free: We never test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third-party testing.
Natural and Biotechnological Ingredients: We give priority to:
Botanical Extracts: Such as essential oils, organic carrot extract, resveratrol and green tea.
Biotechnology: For ultra-high-performance active ingredients such as Exosomes and Peptides, obtained in the laboratory to guarantee their purity, stability and maximum efficacy.
Sustainability (Upcycling): Ingredients such as Pumpkin Vegetable Collagen are obtained from food production waste, an ethical and sustainable approach.
Note: Lanolin is derived from sheep's wool sebum, making products containing it vegetarian rather than vegan. Most other active ingredients are plant-based or biotechnological. However, just because an ingredient is animal-derived doesn't mean it's cruelty-free.
